DY-BO high-precision freezing point thermostat is a refrigeration and constant temperature device with a built-in working chamber, mainly used to provide a stable constant temperature environment of 0℃ for the reference end of thermocouples.

Product Introduction

DY-BO zero thermostat/zero degree thermostat/freezing point device (thermocouple reference end compensation), without ice making, ice crushing, semiconductor refrigeration, is a replacement product of the traditional ice-water mixture "zero point". The semiconductor zero thermostat adopts advanced semiconductor refrigeration technology to provide a stable and accurate zero degree Celsius temperature for the thermocouple reference end, which replaces the traditional method of using ice-water mixture as the thermocouple reference end to provide a constant temperature of 0℃ and using sensors for room temperature compensation.

Semiconductor zero-degree thermostat has the characteristics of stable working temperature, high precision, uniform temperature field, small size and easy use. When calibrating various thermocouples/resistors, it overcomes the inconvenience of traditional calibration, such as long time of pumping water and adding ice, freezing point deviation caused by water pollution, temperature fluctuation and compensation lag of room temperature compensation. It is widely used in various thermocouples/resistors at 0℃ related detection and cold end compensation of thermocouple secondary instruments.

Method of Application

1. Connect the power supply, the power supply is single-phase AC 220V.

2. Press the power switch, the power supply of the semiconductor refrigerator has been connected, the semiconductor refrigerator has been working, and the temperature of the thermostat's working area begins to drop. At this time, the temperature of the thermostat is displayed on the intelligent temperature controller. The upper part of the thermostat has an air discharge, and the air cooling indicates that the fan is normal.

3. When the working temperature of the zero degree thermostat drops to zero degrees, the zero degree thermostat has entered the constant temperature state. After entering the constant temperature state for about 15 minutes, the zero point calibration and detection can be carried out.

4. After use, cut off the power.
